James Arrowsmith
James is an executive director at NVM with responsibility for generating new investment leads in the East and West Midlands. He studied banking and finance at Loughborough University before joining HSBC in London, working in corporate banking and latterly leveraged finance. He joined 3i in London in 1995 and moved to their Birmingham office in 1998 where he was responsible for sourcing and executing new investments. He joined NVM in October 2005.
