Intelling is one of the largest independent tech BPOs servicing blue chip Brands including O2, Talk Talk, Vodafone, Serco and Experian and consists of BPO (contact centre acquiring managing and retaining customers on behalf of brands, Switch Experts (indirect customer acquisition arm using acquired data to offer customers a seamless switching solution) and Neatley (offering broadband services).

  • Developed a digital transformation programme delivering a proprietary, predominantly cloud-based technology stack
