Shareholdings (ie number of shares held) can be confirmed by our share registrars, Equiniti Limited - contact details are shown below. The registrars will ask you to confirm (i) the name of the NVM fund in which you hold shares and (ii) your full name and address. Financial advisers should note that the registrars are not permitted to disclose shareholder information to third parties without written authority from the shareholder.

Changes to personal details (name, address etc.) of shareholders should be notified as soon as possible in writing, and signed by the shareholders, to Equiniti Limited. Please note that for legal reasons, and for the protection of shareholders, such notifications cannot be given by telephone or by e-mail.
