Northern Venture Trust PLC is a Venture Capital Trust established under the legislation introduced in the Finance Act 1995. The company’s principal objective is to invest in a portfolio of quoted and unquoted shares and securities which will, through a combination of income yield and capital growth, provide high long-term returns to shareholders.

Northern Venture Trust was formed in 1995 and has net assets of £68 million. Northern Venture Trust has net assets of £52 million.
