e-know.net.

e-know.net was established by David Redwood, an experienced entrepreneur, at the height of the technology boom in 2000.

David had already successfully created and sold Largotim, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems integrator. Working alongside Martin Green, 3i had provided growth capital that allowed Largotim to successfully expand throughout Europe and then North America. So when the opportunity came to replace 3i in David’s latest venture at e-know.net, NVM were very keen to be supportive.

NVM provided funds not only to facilitate 3i’s exit but also to support David’s strategy to continue investing in technology infrastructure to expand the range of services offered.

As Chairman of e-know.net, David has built a strong entrepreneurial management team who are driving the company forward rapidly.

e-know.net continued to gain success on the back of a distinct approach that offers secure, resilient hosting and in-depth support complemented by client consultation. This offers customers a close IT partnership that can support development in addition to day-to-day administration and maintenance.

e-know.net’s client base consists of Small-to-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and corporates. Indeed, NVM is so impressed with the offering and service that it seemed entirely natural that the company should transfer its IT to e-know.net to become a fully-fledged customer.

NVM’s investment was fast and a clean conclusion to a well organised and relatively non-intrusive process. They facilitated our desire to protect the day-to-day affairs of the business.
